Optionally, 1, 2, or 3 input channels are prepared to allow optimum channel selection for each individual production process (OPT.10 with 2-channel input, OPT.11 with 3-channel input). TDR analysis which measures multiple reflection on the time domain axis is also possible (with OPT.10). The analyzer realizes high-speed, high-accuracy measurement with the DLD measurement function based on the Reactance Linear Approximation (RLA) method, driver level characteristic measurement (OPT.71), parallel I/O (OPT.01), and other diverse functions which best suit your application.
