The Chroma 11200 Capacitor Leakage Current / IR Meter is the newest digital leakage current meter from the company. It is primarily used for electrolytic capacitor leakage current testing and aluminum-foil withstand voltage testing. It can also perform active voltage checks and leakage current testing of Zener diodes and Neon lamps, etc. The RS232 interface (standard), GPIB & Handler interface (optional), high speed, and stable measurement capabilities make the Chroma 11200 an excellent toof for both component evaluation on the production line, and fundamental leakage current testing for benchtop applications.
